The track hub registry for the BENZ2616 Ovine CAGE dataset

This data set includes the predicted CAGE tag clusters generated for 56 tissues samples from BENZ2616 the reference animal used to generate the genome assembly for sheep Oar_rambouillet_v1.0 (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/assembly/GCF_002742125.1/). The tracks in this collection provide transcription start site regions in BED format and are grouped into two classes:

Annotated CAGE tag clusters within 50nt vicinity of the promotor coordinates that are available in the GFF3 file for the Oar_rambouillet_v1.0 assembly (GCF_002742125)
Novel CAGE clusters that were not previously annotated in the Oar_rambouillet_v1.0 assembly (GCF_002742125) by NCBI
