longLabel This data set includes the predicted CAGE tag clusters generated for 24 tissues types (102) samples from 3 populations of cattle as descibed in the bioproject PRJEB43235. The tracks in this collection provide CAGE uni- and bi-directional cluster regions in BED6 format and are grouped into two classes: Transcription start site (TSS - Unidirectional clustering) regions within the promotor coordinates annotated using the GFF3 file for the ARS-UCD1.2 assembly (GCA_002263795.2) per tissue type. TSS-Enhancer regions (Bi-directional clustering) regions within the promotor coordinates annotated using the GFF3 file for the ARS-UCD1.2 assembly (GCA_002263795.2) per tissue type. FAANG data are released under the Fort Lauderdale and Toronto priniples 1,2. FAANG data creators reserve the right to first publication of the results obtained from using a dataset in genome wide analysis.
